H2 uses Cal.com for intro-call bookings. It gives visitors a direct way to choose a time, and our booking intake connects the meeting to the follow-up process.
Why choose it
Individual scheduling can start on the free plan, while team features add shared availability, round-robin scheduling and routing forms. This is useful when several people can take the same type of call.
What to consider
Team routing and organization controls require paid plans. Availability rules, calendar connections and follow-up ownership still need to be configured and checked for your team.
Pricing
The individual plan is free with unlimited event types and calendars. Teams is listed at $12 per user per month billed yearly, and Organizations at $28 per user per month billed yearly. Paid plans offer a 14-day trial; confirm monthly billing separately.
