Service 02 / System Builds

Your sales problem does not fit a template.Good. We build around it.

When the workflow you need does not exist—or the tools you have refuse to work together—we design and build a practical system that does.

02 / Our process

From awkward problem to working system.

Bring us the bottleneck, the disconnected tools or the manual workaround. We turn it into one dependable operating flow:

  1. 1

    Frame the problem

We study the workflow as it really runs: the missing data, edge cases, commercial rules and human decisions. Then we define the one outcome the build must improve.

  2. 2

    Design and build

We connect the right sources, enrichment, qualification and integrations around your actual logic—not a preferred tool or a generic template.

  3. 3

    Prove and hand over

We test the system on real records, verify its fallbacks and embed it into the way your team already works. You keep the build, the runbook and the confidence to operate it.

03 / Start a conversation

Bring us the problem you cannot quite solve.

Show us the manual process, the missing data or the idea everyone says is impossible. We’ll tell you what is feasible and how we would build it.

04 / Common questions

Questions before we build.

The practical details of commissioning a custom GTM system.

01What kinds of systems do you build?

We build focused GTM systems around audience discovery, buying signals, enrichment, qualification, CRM routing and operational workflows. A build can solve one stubborn bottleneck or connect several of those pieces into a wider operating flow.

02Do we need to use Clay?

No. We use Clay when it is the right orchestration layer, but the architecture follows the problem. We can work with your existing CRM and data providers, connect specialist tools or build a small custom component where an off-the-shelf product falls short.

03Can you work with our existing stack?

Usually, yes. We begin by understanding what already works, what needs to stay and where the handoffs break. The goal is a dependable system inside your operation, not a parallel stack your team has to babysit.

04How do you scope a custom build?

We define the commercial outcome, required inputs, decision rules, integrations, edge cases and ownership before the build expands. That gives both teams a clear first release and exposes the riskiest assumptions early.

05What happens after handover?

Your team receives the working system, access, documentation and a practical runbook. We train the people who will operate it and can agree ongoing support where the workflow needs active iteration.
