Korporatio customer story
Matching founders with the right company structure and jurisdiction.

The system behind 73 demos in month one.
Founder context, jurisdiction pressure and structure requirements were matched before outreach, so each prospect received a relevant route rather than a generic incorporation pitch.
The challenge
Korporatio is a tech-first incorporation and corporate-governance firm. It sets up and administers legal entities across jurisdictions including Belize, the BVI, Panama, Seychelles, Singapore, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Wyoming, with accounting, legal and tax handled in-house.
Its Smart Company offer gives web3 and crypto-native founders a legal entity they can incorporate and run online, with on-chain share transfers and company documents secured through IPFS. The challenge was turning that broad capability into a predictable flow of qualified founders whose location, company stage and structural needs were all different.
The result
H2 built distinct campaigns for blockchain and web3 companies, founders who had not yet incorporated, businesses operating in restrictive jurisdictions, and founders interested in Wyoming structures. Rather than selling every destination to every prospect, each campaign connected the target's situation to the most relevant route.
Messaging paired crypto-friendly legal clarity and online governance with the practical benefits of faster, lower-cost incorporation. For other founders, the emphasis shifted to tax treatment, compliance pressure and the advantages of redomiciling. The campaign booked 73 demos in its first month, giving Korporatio a steady pipeline while its team focused on closing.
