The challenge

Consider It Done Technologies (CIDT) is a full-service custom software development consultancy and software products business. It builds solutions for clients and develops its own SaaS products, with particular expertise in blockchain and web3.

For years, new engagements had come largely through Eugene Fine's personal relationships and industry connections. Those opportunities were too sporadic and unpredictable to support the company's growth plans. CIDT needed a repeatable outbound channel that could create new business beyond the founder's network.

The team had tried other outbound providers, but inconsistent communication, missed meetings and poorly maintained work boards created extra management work. CIDT needed a partner that could deliver qualified opportunities while fitting into the way its sales team already operated.

The result

H2 established a shared workflow and weekly review cadence, then managed outbound as part of CIDT's sales process. Qualified meeting invitations arrived throughout the week, with lead details and context added to the CRM so Eugene could prepare for each conversation without chasing information.

Eugene estimated that 80–90% of the leads provided were qualified and that outbound had led to around 20–30 additional proposals CIDT would not otherwise have produced. He described typical proposal values of $50,000 to $300,000.

Alongside a regular stream of meetings, the engagement gave CIDT a clearer process for taking over a lead and progressing it towards a proposal. Ongoing automation, integrations and weekly improvements reduced the effort needed to manage that process, allowing Eugene to bring more sales colleagues into it as the company scaled.
